loveSicily is a member of the Travel Trust Association (TTA), a not for profit travel industry association formed as an alternative to ABTA to protect clients' money in case tour operators are unable to deliver on their promises.

All money received from our clients is put into a NatWest trust account in the UK, with TTA Trustees Ltd as trustee, until we can demonstrate to the TTA that they have returned safely from their holiday. The Trust Account is backed by a fidelity insurance which covers each passenger up to £11,000 (The insurance is underwritten by AIG Europe Ltd, members of the American International Inc. Group who have assets exceeding US$100 Billion).

This financial guarantee serves as collateral for an insurance policy that covers each client until their holiday is over and promises to repay them in full in the very unlikely event that loveSicily should cease to trade.
