Cefalu and Erice offer some of the best samples of medieval Sicily while Segesta, Selinunte, Solunto and Mozia offer magnificent Greek ruins. Add to the above the glorious city of Palermo, the nature reserve of Zinagro and the proximity to the Ustica and Egadi islands and Northwestern Sicily is hard to resist.
