The cookery courses themselves can also be tailormade to your preferences - perhaps there are ingredients you are particularly keen to try or recipes you've heard off and would like to learn more about.

We have run courses for families with kids where recipes involved the entire families or kept children happily busy while parents went out relaxing and site seeing;

We have also run theme based menus, "all about fish", vegetarian, "meat and cheese";

We have also been asked to teach recipes which involved specific ingredients such as chick peas, pomegranate, prickly pears, octopus, watermelon, figs etc.
