This unique four star hotel was originally a traditional Sicilian farmhouse, a masseria, located just few minutes away from the centre of Siracusa. It has been carefully restored by the current owners who turned it into a special retreat with just 10 rooms and all modern comforts. It is immersed in the wild nature characterising the bank of river Anapo and overlooks the harbour and Ortygia island.

Location

The hotel is located on the bank of river Anapo, beside Fiume Ciane natural reserve, only five minutes drive from the old town of Ortygia, Siracusa’s historical centre. It is about 60km from the Catania International Airport

Rooms & Facilities

All 10 rooms have a warm modern decor that enhances the historical original features of the building. Six rooms have a private veranda. All rooms have air-conditioning, satellite TV, dvd-cd player, telephone, minibar.

All rooms are en-suite, with air-conditioning, hydromassage, and flat-screen satellite TV. Telephone, fax and internet facilities are available.

The hotel has a swimming pool, with solarium and large patios. It also has a luxurious restaurant offering both regional and international dishes reinterpreted by the chef. It is also possible to get a canoe to enjoy the river whose banks are right next to the hotel.
