A wonderfully renovated 19th century Sicilian farmhouse, surrounded by 13 hectares of land, which offers 8 self-catering suites and 4 double rooms.
Location
It is in the middle of the River Ciane and Saline Nature Reserve, surrounded by wonderful Egyptian Papyrus and just 6 Km from the centre of Siracusa and the seaside. The Villa is about 2 km away from a Sport Centre, 1 km from a Golf Court and just 500mt from a Riding School.
Villa Dei Papiri, is about 4km from the sea and 70km from the airport of Catania.
Rooms & Facilities
All the suites are situated in the main building of the farm and have a split level, with restroom and kitchenette on the ground floor.
They range between 45 sq.m. and 65 sq.m in size and can accommodate groups of two, four or five people. The kitchenette have all the necessary cutlery and tools for serving food, a shelf, table and chairs, one or two single sofa/bed. The furniture and decorations (beds, tables, chairs, ceramics) are hand-crafted and of the highest quality. The suites are centrally heated and have air conditioning.

The double rooms are all en-suite, but without kitchen, and they are in a building which is 50mt away from the main building.
The hotel has many spaces to socialise including a wonderful lounge of 400 sq m, a wonderful garden, a solarium, a barbeque and a bar.
