Introduction
This is a 19th century farm characterised by the dark colour of lava stones used in the architecture of the building where the ancient millstone has been successfully converted into a restaurant. It is situated on the Etna’ s slopes, 1000 metres above sea level, and surrounded by 20 hectares of land, with oak and chestnut wood.
Location
The farm stands on the southern part of the Etna slopes, just 15 Km from Rifugio Sapienza (departure point for excursions on the volcano) and for those who want to explore the suggestive green paths of volcano and enjoy the protected wildlife of the place: the Etna woodpeckers, foxes and wild rabbits.
